the powder coating
The powder coat is the robe that is placed protectively over the costume before a final tassel or brush is used to ensure that the performer's face does not shine, so that he or she can later shine successfully on stage or in front of the camera.

"Mirra Elemi", an eau de parfum from Gelis' latest package, which also contains an exceedingly fine collection of the fragrances of "Spezerie Palazzo Vecchio/I Profumo di Firenze", is such a "powder coat" for me.
To this I must say that I am actually - yes, that little word "actually" - not a designated friend of powder fragrances; they often smother me.
Transparent and light, on the other hand, this one settles over the wearer's shoulders with a hint of white musk and the most beautiful full-bodied vanilla; cuddly, loving and protective at the same time.
Drenched in the sweet yet aromatic juices of sensually ripe yellow peaches with delicate velvet skin and dark damson.
Here the comparison with a beloved and frequently worn make-up coat offers itself, which carries many (certainly not always so pleasant) fragrances in itself.
Jasmine and rose spray their sun-drenched intensely fragrant floral beauty. They do not save with it; they know that they must immediately compete with wood and resin.
Of these, an exquisite selection was made: silvery-silky cedar and noble, almost black ebony form an expressive, well suited to the fruity-floral scent progression base.
A little stability is needed, so that this touch of fragrance does not immediately blow away!
Just as carefully, the smoky precious resins were added: Myrrh and golden amber accents sink like a fine net over this fragrance fabric.
But that doesn't stop sensual, earthy patchouli golden brown from pulling its scent loops to crown an enchanting powder scent.
With "Mirra Elemi" dusty, despite all the powderiness, nothing!
Rather, a quiet and delicate, yet sensual soft and feminine fragrance floats through any room that its wearer light-footedly enters.
This woman is present in a delightful way!
With skillfully composed sillage and long shelf life, "Mirra Elemi" is a guarantor for a successful appearance.
