Fruity Fragrances 3 of 4: Sweet Vanilla
The third from the display with "test tubes" at the local flour producer. A few words, how I came across the fragrance, you will find my - by the way, first - comment on the "Green Tea" of the series. I do not have to ruminate here again.
The illusion that in a fragrance , which is sold for under 2 EUR for 15ml, natural vanilla is used, I had of course not. I had expected vanillin, which in many olfactory or taste contexts quickly becomes a threat. Not so here! It's a nice warm vanilla illusion, nothing more, nothing less. And because it surprised me so much, this first purchase was followed by the three other fragrances of the series that are in the range.
As with the others of the quartet tested by me, a development of the Duftte does not take place. Because the scent is so pleasant and stays for quite a long time, I honestly do not miss anything.
A nice feature is that this vanilla the scent worn during the day (of course matching) once again "brings up" if you spray lightly in the evening drüber.
I currently have four fragrances, which carry the vanilla in the name. Whether for me the somewhat more refined La Rive "Vanilla Touch" or this straightforward "Sweet Vanilla" is the number one, would be difficult to decide if it were not for the bottle with the cheap plastic cap. The La Rive bottle doesn't win any beauty prizes either, but this "test tube" with the charm of a urine sample is so unsexy that it's a real shame given the successful contents.
