Joy to the gods.....
If there was any accompanying music to the fragrance experience I'm having right now, it would certainly be Beethoven's 9th Symphony :-D......

I'm delighted!!! Exceedingly delighted, in fact!!!

Even though, unlike the previous speakers, I can't find any scent similarity to #5, this one is still at least as fantastic..!!!

The similarity to No.5 Extrait I rather locate in the overall impression of the fragrance and the way fragrances were formerly composed.

Premiere is a perfume that can be identified as such at first smell. A confusion with scented candles, aromatic oils or synthetic experiments of any kind is excluded.

This fragrance is a PARFUM and it smells accordingly "perfumy".

My nose perceives PREMIERE EXTRAIT as warm-balsamic, floral-aldehydic, subliminally animalic and extraordinarily complex. The aldehydes are rather noble-soapy-growthy than brightly radiant.....at least in the Extrait....to what extent this is attributable to the age of the flacon, I am not able to judge, since I have always owned only the EDT variant in the 80s.....

Although the top note in the composition has a lot of fruit, the impression of a "fruity" fragrance arises at no time.....sonst he would also not like it ;-)....

Rather, the slightly acidic aspects of currant and lemon provide a balancing counterpoint to the sweeter components of the fragrance....

The final note is a wonderfully balsamic-woody-mossy base with very subtle sweetness....

PREMIERE EXTRAIT is "old school" in pure culture. Complex, dense and decidedly noble.

And, of course, he is......adjusted :-(
