Noble herbal mixture
First of all, I can very well imagine that this fragrance certainly does not smell pleasant to every nose, my first association was immediately Swedish bitters, which is not meant negatively.
The opening of the fragrance is spicy and fruity, with tobacco and peach coming through strongly.
Later, a pleasantly earthy, bitter note is added, which I would attribute to cinnamon and nutmeg. The initial fruitiness fades relatively quickly, after which the fragrance smells only spicy and slightly bitter, but it is a warm spiciness, the saffron with tobacco and oud are well balanced by the sweetness of the patchouli. This dry, warm spiciness comes across as minimally medicinal, not pungent, not aggressive, but soothing, comforting and very aromatic. I have never smelled a fragrance like this before and I really like it on my husband. For women, I find the fragrance too dry and masculine, but of course this is all a matter of opinion/taste. If you fancy something completely different and don't want to smell like everyone else, you should definitely give this fragrance a try.
