Punching at work
Once when I was on late duty, a 60 to 70 year old lady stood in the reception area of the ambulance. I always run back and forth at work and just ran to the doctor's rooms when I passed the lady. I walked through their scented restaurants. Two steps behind her I stopped and walked backwards until I stood again in her fragrance restaurant. Then I praised her perfume because it smelled really good. She said it was Simply Elixir (at least I understood that) and she's always worn it (but it's only been around since 2017). I'm a little deaf, so I'm not 100% sure she really said "Simply Elixir". But the base of Simply Elixir is about what I think I remember.
Simply Elixir is suitable for older ladies and in my world you are still young at 40 with 53 (my age) but old. Someone kindly sent me a sample.
The top note greeted me with blood orange, I know nothing of pepper. Then the violet appeared, a little iris but Rose stayed home today. Any wood? Yeah, I guess so. Slowly the vanilla began to arrive and finally the patchouli entered the stage. The base is warm, spicy and sweet. Maybe a little oriental. I only smell leather with fantasy, so when I know it's supposed to be leather.
I find Simply Elixir beautiful, but neither surprising nor new. I particularly liked the violet in the heart note and the patchouli in the base too. I don't like leather so much sometimes, but it doesn't bother me here. Family tester Q doesn't like Simply Elixir. Once again, she claims it smells like a perfumery. She probably means that different fragrances mix senselessly. But this is due to her olfactory deficiency. When a scent is flowery, it's always hard with her. The letterless family tester thinks it smells good. You can't get any more out of him.
A test is definitely worthwhile for the beautiful base. I have a training session later. I can expose my colleagues to the scent of Simply Elixir. In your free time you can use it any time you want and it is also a great place to go out. I don't mention sports today, I had aching muscles yesterday. At the moment the weather is wet and cold, this is possible with this fragrance without any problems. You can probably use Simply Elixir all year round and even daily if you like.
