Switch off your head and listen to your heart

I rate Just on Time by La Rive as a fragrance in its own right, even though the similarity to Pure XS by Paco Rabanne cannot be denied.

I was not sure whether the bottle should really contain scented water. A veritable barrage of completely overrated alcohol rose into my nose. Truly penetrating, the fragrance spread. Nothing for me I thought, not my thing at all. But then, after the scent had settled down for 5 minutes, it suddenly became more pleasant. I didn't like the note yet, but after initial skepticism I decided to try the scent on my skin.

I was not disappointed! After about an hour, the initially strongly spicy, alcoholic smell developed into a soft, sweet vanilla. The sweet vanilla is especially fun in the cold season, even if the Sillage is not very strong. After about 5-6 hours the scent was only close to my skin, but it stayed there for some hours longer.

For about 7 Euro you can access it here without hesitation. One should not be deceived by the top note or the first minutes, the fragrance develops in a completely different direction than initially assumed.
In my opinion the best fragrance from La Rive!

There I am again with a very unexpected but beautiful result, my last stroll through the department store called SOUK :-)

When I - once again - had thinned through the SOUK I came across a completely different DUFt (YSL). In order not to send this however completely alone on journeys I looked the offers of the Parfumo´s still fast for other offers.

I noticed this scent and for Euro the 100ml bottle - Blindbuy Ahoiiii !

The package came and I was very excited about the YSl.
Conclusion -> Yes it is good, not always portable but good "grade 2-2.5"

Now to you.... La Rive ... mocked ... ignored... smiled at... // TO UNRIGHT!
I was really surprised at the first sniff. As a lover of the "Cuirs Nomades - Italian Leather", many paralels came to me to the scent of La Rive. At this price one would expect cheapest synthetics - no chance. He charmed my nose more than the actually ordered fragrance.

The leather, the vanilla, the liqueur and the amber are really in perfect harmony with each other.
For me a really good following of the original. How the alleged Zwillign of Paco Rabanne smells I can not judge - because I do not own him.

A blind buy is definitely worth it.

Fruity sweet with woody synthetic base

Just on Time' starts with a very sweet, fruity and spicy surge. Apple, cinnamon and thyme are very present and are for me a pleasant, albeit somewhat unusual combination.

For a good hour this fragrance impression remains before the spicy and fruity one slowly retreats and is replaced by wood.

Unfortunately from now on the fragrance impression begins to change very much into synthetic. Just in Time' is now sweet, woody and a more and more disturbing vanilla-musk combination rather monotonous. And that doesn't change until the end.

Just in Time is for me a scent for the cold season. The Sillage is very strong in the beginning, but after about three hours it retreats to very close quarters. The shelf life is a good seven hours.

Good as a complement.

A worthy doppelganger to Pacco Rabbane's Pure XS.

If you want to be angry you could describe the scent with "Pure Ginger". But that would be too brief. Because that's just the extreme top note. In itself it is a very fascinating fragrance for me, as is its original, which you simply have to sniff when you pass by.

To carry it alone, however, it is too extremely sharp. But as a complement to other fragrances, I think it is well suited. You can set accents with him.

For example, I like to wear a few splashes as a supplement to Grey Point (Boss Bottled). This gives the "Grey" as a base fragrance for my nose a bit more fresh color.

Of course, this also applies to the originals

Fruity striking

I like the Dupe a lot. I can't agree with you that he's too sweet. I find the fragrance fruity/sour and just right for the summer. The durability is also more than good.
