Hey hey guys, I salute you, once again, to a new comment from me!
This time I'm babbling about the brand Lacoste, which I like very much. Not necessarily because I would like the scents of Lacoste so much, but because I like the clothing brand itself and especially the logo. Just have a look at the logo: It's a small, snappy crocodile :)
Sometimes the logo is even made of fabric, so that you can stroke the crocodile and wish to have it as a pet. But if you consider that my tomcat already mauled me enough, then a crocodile would probably eat me even more, argh :D
Of course, the crocodile reminds me of the Pitfall games, where you have to cross a pond by jumping on the snout of a crocodile, but of course only if the animals have not opened their mouth. Oh I could write about such things forever, and then I would be a total nerd as usual... so I won't talk about video games (although,... now that you should stay at home, you ladies could also talk about video games, and comics, and Star Wars, and ... okay I'll stop... *sigh*,... never can I seduce you to one of these wonderful things... :D).
Well, let's stick to scents. "Pour Femme Elixir" is a fragrance from Lacoste's "Pour Femme" series (who would have thought?... :D), which I don't know yet and therefore should actually start with the normal Pour Femme. But at the moment, going out is limited and partly risky and I only had the sample for this scent here, so I'll just start with this one :)
A little later it still smells intensely flowery-sweet. Whether I then smell the gardenias and the heliotrope as well, I cannot say for sure. Heliotrope maybe a little bit, at least there is a slightly almond-sweetish scent when smelling exactly, as it is often to smell with Heliotrope. Gardenias,... oh no idea, I often don't even know how gardenias look like, let alone how they smell :D
Towards the end the fragrance remains very floral and sweet. I don't smell tuberose and vetiver, but I do smell light, woody notes, even if the sweet scents should always be in the foreground, because especially with vanilla another, quite intense-sweet scent is added at the end, which also makes the fragrance powdery and gentle. The vanilla is, as usual, also the fragrance that radiates into the later base and in the end it is the only fragrance that can be smelled out best.
The silage and the durability:*
The Sillage is quite okay, so you don't have to get very close to be able to smell the scent on a lady. So you are enveloped by a nice little cloud of scent. The shelf life is also okay. The smell lasted for about six to eight hours.
The fact that it smells quite sweet might bother some people, but I think it smells sweet in a nice and feminine way, without making the fragrance seem girlie or teenage. So everybody can really try the fragrance, especially if you are looking for a nice scent for the evening or for going out. Despite the fact that it smells like many other scents of this kind and therefore is less memorable (or has hardly any recognition features), the scent has a good charisma, is very durable and is also quite cheap, especially on the Internet.
So if you want to get bitten again (yes yes, my eternal cliches, but honestly, would you rather I WERE talking about video games? No? Well, you see? Now we are all in a quandary, tssss... :D), she should try this scent. Apart from midsummer, this scent is good to use in most seasons.
And that's it. Thanks for reading and stay reasonable despite the good weather people :) Because if this damn plague spreads even more, we won't be able to really enjoy the summer with all these restrictions of daily life and stuff. So, have a little more patience, curse about the disease and with a little luck and common sense of the people we will create the crisis and then we can all go Sniffing again :))
Soo, with so much talk about crocodiles I have to go and stroke my cat, but the stupid bastard will only try to bite again... just like you women... tss... :D
