The one that started it all.
I have always been a very enthusiastic person when it comes to fragrances, but Ajwad has opened a whole new door for me. Namely the fragrance universe of Arabic/Oriental fragrances, which was still very unknown to me. And how glad I am that he did that.
As ignorant and curious as I was, I took a risk and blindly bought Ajwad based on various recommendations from TikTok. With the low prices and beautiful bottles that Lattafa has to offer, nothing is lost. I opened the very solid and high-quality cap of the precious piece and a bombastic cloud of fragrance came over me. Everything around me smelled of it and this cloud continued to drift into all the adjacent rooms. What was I doing? I was completely overwhelmed.
After I slowly collected myself again, I was overcome by another feeling of euphoria. What a wonderful scent!!!!
You clearly have to be a rose lover for this, otherwise you won't be happy here. But the fragrance of Ajwad is not just a clumsy, synthetic rose like you have often smelled elsewhere, but a noble, mature, very spicy, almost majestic rose. This graceful fragrance is well supported by woody notes and some powdery musk. I also detect a slight hint of vanilla, but the aforementioned fragrance notes dominate this successful composition.
When I start talking about the H/S of Ajwad, I can't stop raving about it. I'll keep it short: an absolute beast in the bottle and on the skin. The price/performance ratio here is absolutely utopian.
For me, due to its strength, the fragrance is rather something for the colder season, but can also be worn well in spring if you dose it skillfully. I think it's too much for the hot summer. Incidentally, I also find the fragrance very exciting and attractive on men, but I see it predominantly on women. It's absolutely a matter of taste.
The fact is, Ajwad has really broadened my perfume horizons in a positive way
