The evening scent for layering.

Now, when I say I wasn't expecting it to be so masculine I mean it, not in a negative way. I really like this scent, even by itself, but I layered it with Scandal by Jean Paul Gaultier I was stunned, the sweetness of Scandal was very nicely balanced with the fresh spice of Hayaati. This fragrance is something that I would love to smell on a gentleman, definitely not feminine, but again with the right layering, ladies this will have you flocked by men. When the starting spice and freshness fades, it's really warm, still more masculine, but nice and pretty cozy.

Love-hate relationship

Interesting fragrance.
For me, it has something of Armani Code Profumo in a less sweet and more fruity version.
Still quite sweet with an oriental twist.
May also be a little too synthetic for many people.
I also notice the synthetics, but I can live with it, because it performs really well.

Of all the fruits, only the grapefruit is prominent to my nose.
It is pungent and harsh.
The amber keeps the fragrance very warm and sweet.
Unfortunately, the saffron here seems a little inferior, as does the leather.
Nevertheless, I love wearing it on cold days.
It's like a love-hate relationship.
But when I'm in the mood for this kind of fragrance, I'm very happy with hayaati.
On the whole, I'm satisfied, but I can't recommend it to others either.
Try before you buy is the motto here.

Just what I was looking for!

This fragrance is beautiful! I have really been looking for this! It starts slightly spicy and leathery. The bergamot is there from the beginning and prevents the fragrance from derailing too much into the woody. He starts for me quite masculine, but turns after about 20 minutes in the sensual - slightly fresh. I love the combination! The vanilla and saffron make a great team and join the leather and bergamot. Durability and sillage are okay, but for the price you can gladly put on a splash more. Since he is not a beast, you can wear him in my opinion, all year round!

True Elixir

I decided to blind buy this, and at 20 dollars I couldn't resist. I received in the mail but not really expecting anything because at 20 dollars this just can't be good right? Wrong this is the best 20 dollars I've ever spent in my life when it comes to fragrances. The opening is very fruity and delicious but sadly it only lasts for around the hour mark, but nevertheless one of the best budget fragrances out there. The only real problem is the performance. I haven't done a full test yet, but I'm guessing six to eight hours.
