This could have been a common floral-aldehyde. In the opening it is, actually. With its dense layer of aldehydes and spice it even goes into retro-feminine territory for a while. But then again, this has Antoine Lie's name on it. And for some reason he decided to mess around with the ratios and put a motherlode of actual ambergris in this baby. The end result lies somewhere between madness and brilliance. And I love it.
