Coffee gourmand
I love the smell of coffee, I just don't like drinking it. I've never liked it...
I've sniffed my way through countless coffee perfumes, always hoping to come across a fragrance that smells really delicious, like freshly ground or freshly brewed coffee. I didn't really find what I was looking for for a long time, although there were certainly one or two good scents among them.
And then I ordered café tonka blind because of the price. And what can I say? This is my idea of a coffee perfume. Gourmand, sweet, coffee-with-sugar fragrance with at most a slight hint of other notes. Here it's a light spiciness from saffron and pepper, but it's barely perceptible.
Immediately after spraying it on, I wasn't quite as enthusiastic, but after a little waiting time, this gourmand develops really deliciously on me. H+S is okay for the price. Not overwhelming, but quite acceptable.
Definitely deserves a place in my gourmand collection!
