Animal patchouli bomb
I did it again. In my search for a fragrance that focuses on the animal element, I came across ENCRE DE VIGNE while browsing through Parfumo. 25% animal; 25% woody; 13% fresh; mmmh sounds interesting; what should it cost? Close 20 bucks. All right, let's do that, order!
Yesterday the DPD messenger whom I tore the parcel from his hand immediately, ripped it open, and
i hung up on him. And?!? The scent is awesome!! In my opinion, it is clearly a fragrance for the cold season, an absolute treat for the nose, with an initially tidy sillage which, however, withdraws over time without disappearing. The decisive scent element is clearly the patchouli which gets its animal character from the musk accompaniment which is only slightly weaker. Without getting dirty in any way. I have the impression that the musk gives the fragrance a certain softness and softness. Finally in the drydown a very discreet woody note appears which rounds off the fragrance super. I don't notice the described freshness or floral notes now.
So, as I've done before, although not always I realize again that it's worth leaving the well-trodden scent paths and to be courageous. What's it called: Who dares, wins.
BUT!!! NOT ALWAYS!! his drum
