Dreamcatcher
I visited on vacation in Mallorca the LV store on a trip in Palma to sniff times at the fragrances.
The only one I knew so far, was the great Ombre Nomade - which I really liked only after repeated testing and fits more to my friend than to me.
Quickly after entering the store, a friendly saleswoman approached me and began to advise. I was at first really surprised with how much expertise she went there ran, she could enumerate the notes of the different fragrances and really well describe how they smell and how they will develop over the course of the day. I guess I had come to a like-minded person!
She asked me what my favorite scents were to wear, I met her with SWEET AND FRUITY !!! ?
Immediately she took Attrape-Rêves in hand, sprayed in on a pretty LV card and gave it to me.
Wow... the opening was already blowing my mind. This is exactly the kind of thing I wanted. Full blast sweet but toned down and rounded out with lychee (which I've adored since Delina anyway) and ginger.
She also sprayed a spritz on my arm so I could make out the scent on my skin as well.
I then left the store, thanked me warmly and did not think until that time that I need this fragrance, let alone spend 225€ on it :D
But it came as it had to come ... again and again I caught myself smelling my arm. In shops, at dinner, on the drive back to the hotel. He wouldn't let go of me! (It became more and more floral and soft towards the base... a dream!)
When he was then in the evening after the shower still there I made a decision. I need this fragrance.
So two days later I took another 40 minute bus ride to Palma to buy it there :) I would have regretted it so much if I hadn't!
Definitely expensive fun, but it just blew me away.
In my opinion, by the way, it has none of the good life of Lancome. I find that LVEB is too often compared to sweet fragrances and put on a par with them. Wrongly! Attrape-Rêves is just great made and insanely good quality.
I'm glad to have tested this dreamcatcher and let myself be convinced by it - it is now a great jewel of my collection!
