Creole LOVE POTION

Rich, incense-y, and very, very mysterious.
An androgynous distinctive and distinguished scent.
A very magical potion that can cast
a love spell.. perhaps ..
Much the way the Creoles liked to do in the French Quarter of New Orleans.....
reminds me of Bourbon French Parfums VOODOO LOVE...
a deep, earthy fragrance.
A re-creation of the special potion Voodoo Queen Marie Laveau gave to her favored clients so they could gain the object of their affections.

Rum and exotic spices mingle with dark, smoky woods and leather...
you can almost hear the drums beating off in the distance...in Congo Square in the Tremé neighborhood of New Orleans, Louisiana,
just north of the French Quarter.

Boozy, spicy, warm and a little sweet

Absolutely stunning right from the start! The rum, bitter orange and black cumin let you know immediately you're in for a treat. It's boozy, spicy, warm and a little sweet but just enough so... I'm often cautious about cumin in fragrances, as it can sometimes feel stinky to my nose, but no such thing here. It's just right. Saffron and, I think, something peppery soon joins in and at that point there was no going back: I was hooked.

The rum then subsides and the saffron shines; the middles notes remain spicy, with the addition of a gorgeous light smokiness. There is also something fruity, rich and liquorous but always balanced.

With time, gorgeous, warm amber develops, joined by sandalwood and, at least on my skin, a very discrete leather note.

Beautiful, comforting, warm, spicy but also mellow and velvety, Idole is perfect for cold weather. It's also unisex without a doubt. Sillage and longevity are good. Highly recommended.

Grab a martini Glass light a ciger

shot of Spritzer water and be
transported to a chic tiki cocktail

in there Italian Suits Women in

ala Christian Dior Givenchy heavly
Coilfed hair with High Heel stelettos
The music of 50's Exotica flows around

because the scale shoots into the height and immediately falls down again.

The head note is really brilliant. Caraway and rum prickle in the nose.
Much more promises the pyramid.
Yes, leather and wood (my darlings) appear, removed for miles and miles, though.

I feel like everyone in the German forum.

However, I feel how Ergoproxy. It may be simpler as well. There are also other smells which are taken advantage of more than once on the day.
And the smell is therefore nice warm and tasty.

Supplement on 1-10-2012
I increase my assessment and the durability. I still can smell the warm leather and wood tone in the next morning.

You are right on two accounts CyberToy1. First, Idole and Idole de Lubin are very simular. For me, the EdT was more interesting. Second, the EdT did have better longevity.Finally, we agree on something....
