The Mutafavole and the Shadow of the First Dark

The novel's ending is open and largely suggests that Dante's adventures will continue, for better or worse. And so it happens for Plaisir White Wood. You decide how to continue. It is an oriental fragrance, characterized by woody and leathery accords, warm and persistent, defined as senseless creation, with notes added carelessly, in a sequence that does not follow any pattern. The composition elevates the strength of the woods with fragrant grafts of resins and leather, pulsating, balsamic introspective in its projection, amplified by a tumult of musks.
Plaisir White Wood welcomes me with a bright, fruity, and airy explosion. I have a kind of atmosphere of fizzy candies and plastic aldehydes, full of fruity, balsamic, and chewy tones. There is nothing like hairspray here. It's exciting how the fragrance changes every time I put it on my skin. Sometimes I get a fruity peach that is too creamy and lactonic. Oddly, I have a firm cobbler note on the paper strip. With apologies to all readers, I love the smell of shoe repair shops. The major contributor to the great smell of a shoe repair shop is Barge cement and its ingredient toluene. The first puff also reveals the citrus and spicy notes of almost chemical and narcotic work. But if I think of white woods, I feel a large slice of sandalwood, which remains for the duration of the perfume.
The heart unfolds with a sweet suede accord, dare I say fruity suede. There are some clandestine floral notes, powdery and succulent. It's leathery and floral, with magnolia and hyacinth presenting themselves in the most androgynous way imaginable. I find the intermediate phase soft, almost delicate, with an underlying narcotic undertone.
In the dry-down, there is a rebirth, as the soft, fuzzy woods take over for the duration. Maybe I'm on the right track because woody, medicinal, and slightly smoky birch tar could have been the impetus for creation—musk and birch blend to produce an animalic note, very refined, as clean as sweat. After the woods come into play, Plaisir White Wood gets bold and tough, and it also spreads widely. I find it dry, raw, smoked, musky, powdery, animal-like in the ultimate phase. When it sits close to the skin, there appears to be a waterfall of molecules similar to ambrox and iso E super. It is all present in high concentration.
Forget the mundane but safe varieties of department stores; Plaisir White Wood will stand out from the crowd, scream, and stand out. Powerful, intoxicating, and more than a little addicting. A leathery, woody scent that is creamy without being a gourmand. It never gets too dusty, too woody, too leathery, or too creamy. Long-lasting with moderate projection and little sillage, but if a person approaches, he can smell the sensuality. The woody and leathery tones make me reach it during the cold autumn months, even if the fruity and floral aspect makes it ideal also for the warm spring months.
