Greenfaerie
Not bad, not bad
When I first tried Humus, it smelled nice, like sweetened pine sap. There were damp, green notes. Smells like a humid forest and bright green plants. I just wish it stayed that way. Within 20 minutes, it began to morph into a soapy, generic musk scent that eventually dried down to something that smells like clove or a cinnamony aromachemical, but it completely loses that wonderful humidity that I loved in the beginning. Base notes are listed as pine and vetiver? Definitely not the case on my skin.
This brand in general smells very synthetic/chemical to my nose, although they try to make things smell like nature. Unfortunately nothing from Mad et Len have really struck a chord within me.
Humus lasts several hours, though it's mostly a skin scent the whole time, which is totally fine. Definitely worth a sample.
