Light and dark
Light:
A subtle but engaging rose note - light on its feet and understated, like an old English rose transported to the far east, permeates the entire fragrance experience. With fine spicy appeal and extremely delicate.
Dark:
Patchoulis earthy-warm energy, powerful and oriental radiance!
As is often the case, I compare this fragrance image with a lazily gliding golden-brown river; a shiny polished tiger's eye = Patchouli!
Those are them, the two "elements" that Maison Francis Kurkdjian combined here to create a very special work of fragrance art.
The master (I love his selfies on facebook) uses in "Lumière Noire pour Femme" skillfully the duality of rose and patchouli, to skillfully play with light and dark.
Contrary to all expectations, this fragrance is not dark; the delicate orange blossom at the beginning makes it happy with a hint of spring: a spring day, where the fun-loving daffodil should not be missing!
Spring - Lumière - Light!
Various spices, according to my nose also cumin, accompany the already described fine rose when it meets the spring spirits of light.
They harmonize immediately and together joyfully await the flow of fragrance in gold and brown: patchouli!
