Bright, fresh and cheerful !
As a great friend of patchouli I ordered 10 sample fillings of patchouli fragrances from a niche fragrance supplier a few weeks ago. Already when unpacking the bottles I had something in my nose, which I found both ingeniously good and unusual. Now it was time to sniff around to find the wonder stuff! Patchouli 1969 did it! Ordered immediately and happy with it! I do not share the negative assessment of the other perfumes at all. In my opinion it has succeeded here to give patchouli a completely different frame than what we are used to, not sweetishly gothic as in Reminescence and others. Nothing against it, I myself have already spent large quantities of it with pleasure. But this is different. Don't even try to be that kind of patchouli scent. Vanilla, tonka, ambergris and other varieties do not mix in here. It's a little less cozy. Rather a bit tart and spicy. A little medicinal alcohol when sprayed on. But it'll blow over. I think the hippies dancing peacefully in the meadow with flowers in their hair and joint in the corner of their mouth are wonderfully depicted in this perfume. It makes me happy! It has a strong sillage and a very good durability, it actually accompanies me through the whole day. This is very pleasant. So you get something offered for your money. Not to mention the beautifully decorated bottle. This scent catches the eye. In my experience,
