A parody of Dior Homme Intense/Parfum

This starts like a parody of Dior Homme Intense, sweet and woody, strong, artificial, and decidedly unpleasant. There is also a cloying rose, very sweet yet sharp. At this point it's a rather obnoxious scent. After an hour the smell dials down dramatically and becomes tolerable or even borderline pleasant, in an exaggerated yet classic case of a bad fragrance becoming better with time. Or maybe not a classic case - after it plateaus, it keeps going for a long while on a typical EDT level in the transformed form.

Both the scent and the initial performance drop are similar to Just Jack Mystery, which is a fragrance you've never heard of and will never hear of again, and for a good reason. Black Prestigium is sharper than Mystery, though. It is also similar to Armaf Club de Nuite Intense (woman), which is supposed to be more spicy if you were to believe Fragrantica, but really is not. Black Prestigium is just more woody and sharper. As regards the purported similarity to Dior Homme Parfum, it is hard for me to believe that a top of the line Dior perfume would smell like this.

Promise kept

He does not pretend to be something completely different, he is what he is and that's good! The perfume is on the whole quite simple and uncomplicated, the rose always remains in the leading role and between come nuanncen. I find that it gets through the oud a gourmand touch a little what I personally do not mind ... I have already tested many rose / oud combos, and this one is absolutely successful. In terms of sillage and durability is very good, you can not complain. Would buy the me again blindly, thumbs up :))

Stinging-Flower Monster

The scent is very pungent / floral / spicy / slightly citric. But for the fact that it is floral it has a really decent shelf life and sillage. It remains perceptible around 10h+, changes slightly in the first half hour, but stays the same afterwards, which is not a bad thing, as the scent already smells really good. However, I would rather save money with the sprayers because of their strength. Less is more here.
The bottle is beautifully designed. Only the screw cap confuses me from time to time ^^

All in all a good smell :)
