Dusty late summer
(My first comment on Perfumo - I think it is time to take a chance. Therefore for the start a commi to something that is no longer produced ;)
Just a few weeks ago, when I moved, I found a box of "old" perfumes from my teenage years. (Big dream back then: All Mel Merios own!) - "Exotic Girl" was one of them and immediately got a second chance. For almost 5 days I have been wearing this fragrance almost all day long in order to notice exact fragrance developments or the finest changes. Really exciting Exotic Girl is not, at first synthetic, then quite clearly with emphasis on "Mango" and "Vanilla", the latter clearly predominates and lasts longer. If you rub it between your wrists, the fruity note evaporates almost instantly.
But in itself, E.G. lasts surprisingly long, even after 9 hours of university I could smell the remains on my skin. And none of my fellow men complained, so the stillage was suitable for everyday use ^^
The title comes from the fact that this vanilla smell reminds me extremely of dusty late summer evenings in the garden. Indian summer, with cobwebs floating through the air and orange-red sunsets (the colour of the bottle goes very well with this feeling!). Somehow dry and heavy, but also sweet, (comparable to staying in a dusty attic) Not unpleasant, but also nothing for every day as I found out. The vanilla has something "outdated" about it.
I probably only associate these strange scenarios from personal memory, but if I feel like getting melancholic in the summer after, I will definitely unpack Exotic Girl again ;)
