Everything will be oud!
When I read the statements about the fragrance I thought this could be something for me. Dark, woody, leathery with a touch of sweetness. Sounds interested for the first time. The presentation and the name did the rest. I'm just a marketing victim too. And there I have struck at a good offer.
To the fragrance:
Immediately after spraying on you notice that you have it with an oud fragrance zutun. And dark he is actually also. One takes directly a light leather touch was and especially chocolate. Dark, tart chocolate. It wasn't listed, but it doesn't bother me at all. On the contrary.
And one takes directly also a freshness was, which seems to come from the rose geranium. The takes over then also after the top notes fade away. Also, the chocolate fades and it remains a slight sweetness with the freshness a little reminiscent of soap. Accompanied by the dark woods. And towards the base, I also strongly detect the incense, which must have been there all along, only it was a silent companion before. This incense is probably also the eponym. Voodoo.
What associations does one have with the word? Occultism, mystical, witchcraft, strange, exotic, culture.
Voodoo certainly wouldn't be the first thing that comes to mind when I smell this scent. But something like mystical, strange, exotic probably would. Only this fragrance is absolutely portable and pleasing what m.M.n is somehow in contradiction but also delightful.
If you spray the fragrance on textile, this actually works the next day like a gourmand.
This was definitely a blind buy that was worth it.
