Apparently you can bottle Northern California!
Smells like a sunny day on the beach, cold sea water, salt and evergreens. Supposedly there is real ambergris in here, and I think I detect it just slightly. It adds to the oceanic effect. The fragrance is mostly dry woods, but there is a very slight sweetness in the base that really rounds out and balances the fragrances. Otherwise it would be fairly sharp. I love naturalistic scents, and Driftwood smells like an ocean in the Northern Hemisphere all the way! Northern California, Seattle, Vancouver. Maybe even Nova Scotia on up to Newfoundland. Also could be the scent of Atlantis or some other mythical oceanic place that is not tropical. Wonderful stuff that makes me want to explore this house a lot more.
