Iris fine sandalwood
The fragrance starts initially citrus fresh. Probably to lull the olfactory habit of the Testenden in safety, I thought so for me at the first sniff ....

After three quarters of an hour had namely a very beautiful iris-sandelwood fragrance, emerged on my wrist.

After the citrusy top note has evaporated, after a few minutes a very nice undry, light sandalwood and at the same time a fresh violet leaf with iris shows.
Depending on what you focus on when sniffing, sometimes one or the other prevails. Thus, the perfume initially remains in the further course perhaps over 1.5 hrs
Then something amazing happens, which I experienced for the first time in a fragrance so striking. The perfume turns completely, the sandalwood enters the background and iris enters the stage and remains clear and unseifig over the next time. As it progresses, a slightly powdery sandalwood perfumed with iris remains.
Bois Iridescent is a fragrance that alternates between iris with violet leaves and a very light sandalwood of high quality. You can perhaps imagine it like a beautiful iridescent silk taffeta fabric in which delicate green-blue and magenta threads have been spun. An incredible play of colors when such a silk is made into a lush, gathered ball gown. Perhaps this is what is meant by iridescent.
Overall, a fine iris-sandalwood fragrance. Due to the chastened silage Bois Iridescent is also for the workplace a portable fragrance and unisex all the time.
