Fabric softener note meets red berries
Since Schoork and gschpusi have urged me to write a comment on a perfume that hasn't been reviewed that often, I'm going to take one that hasn't been reviewed yet. Unfortunately the fragrance is no longer available. Fortunately I was able to get a full O-flacon of it in the bay, because this one is and remains for me one of the most beautiful Molinards I know. In general I found the fragrance series les Eaux de Parfums by Molinard very successful. It's a pity that they are no longer produced.
Musc et Fruits is not particularly complex or demanding. The notes clearly tell you what you're getting. Mainly berries on a musk base. I can't smell the Mirabelle plum now, but maybe I never consciously paid attention to it. Cassis, raspberry and blackberry are clearly recognizable. The musk comes directly after the spraying massive around the corner. A little restraint with the dose is called for. The longer the scent is on the skin, the more beautiful it becomes. It has its presence, but it is still soft and mild. Fabric softener smell with light fruitiness hits it quite well for me. It lasts longer than 24 hours, which I think is really fantastic. I don't think you can do anything wrong with that unless you overdosed it.
And I would really like to see Molinard re-releasing the whole series from the year 2003
