An "orangerie"in a nice bottle
A little preface: I like so much all the products signed Monotheme Venezia, an Italian brand selling fragrances of good quality at a very affordable price. I owned n Amber of the same line (now discontinued) and Black Orchid.
This fragrance, in its unmistakable "art déco" bottle, is a real "orangerie" , a triumph of citruses with the flowery touch of the Jasmine on a soft white musk base. A very pleasant and good balanced accord, but unfortunately too light and evanescent : indeed, this scent lasts only for a half hour (1h max.) and then it evaporates immediately. It's a pity because it could be the perfect daily scent in the hottest days or also in springtime, for its energizing effect. Anyway, a very good fragrance if you're searching something light and refreshing at a nice price (about 14€ for a 100ml size, in the Italian drugstore where I usually go and on the site too) and a delicious packaging "old style" to show on your perfumes shelf .
