Known at first, then he must be known
After the crew mistook Ombre Leather for cherry liqueur and blamed the synthetic headache on a side effect of a cheap private label from the discount store, whereupon almost all rockers except for three had to go to the hospital for the time being, Wolle and his two remaining warriors took it upon themselves to find a perfume like Ombre Leather. Only in wearable for real guys and if possible not suitable for drinking. Remaining next to him were Udo, who was known to have fallen into a bathtub of homebrew as a child and therefore
Effortlessly down various bottles of Ombre Leather and Hotte, who now followed the motto every month, where something else has been proclaimed. January, being the month for "fasting" as far as alcohol and meat were concerned, meant that he only drank Club Cola and was therefore still able to stand.

Wolle wanted to get in on this too, but didn't last and failed in his attempts to cheat. The problem was that while his flask fit into the Bible or The Brothers Karamazov, no one believed he would read those works. In turn, the flask did not fit into Playboy. So Wolle was unmasked rather quickly.

Anyway, came thanks to the well-known dating platform Parfumo on Oakmoss by Morris Motley, here the testers reported congruencies to Tuscan Leather and to Ombre Leather. Bought Flux, stalked a few female profile pictures and waited for the scent over lots of beer. Briefly came up with the idea to visit the friends in the hospital but there was no beer and then the issue was quickly settled.

So tested:
"Like Tuscan Leather smells the bottle now not."
"You're right, Hotte. For me, rather in the direction of Ombre Leather. Including the pungent artificial sweet leather note. Now I feel like Amaretto."
Wool was slapped left and right by Udo for that.
"Sorry, men, I'll have beer, of course! But you know what this one really smells like? Classic Leather by Oudh Al Anfar and even though Oakmoss might be higher quality in terms of ingredients, the result is identical. The first few minutes at least."

"Well, that lovely green, oakmoss-leather banter later on isn't so great either. Neither is this background vetiver without the earthy notes."
"Supposed to have cocaine in it. So olfactory."
"We're hard men after all, who's tried this? Be honest!" demanded Wolle.
Dismayed silence. "No one?"
"Have you, Wool?"
"I was only pretending with sugar once, but painfully stuck the tube too far up my nose, so I blew my cover."

They got drunk and tested again later to see if anything had happened. It had.
"Now the saffron is coming through, men."
"There's none in it according to the pyramid."
"But it smells like it."
"Never mind, let's write nicely note by note how this works, then it'll look like we've got the all clear."
"Yes, like this Chizza, he can't tell leather from a tulip in real life either, smell-wise. And also like that."
"But now Oakmoss reminds me of Cuoio by Pal Zileri only without the more austere gamey note, maybe a little greener in the process."

One was satisfied, had finished analyzing the fragrance. Hotte's wife arrived and the men reported to her.
"Wow, you guys are real experts! Why don't you write on Parfumo!"
"Wolle has been registered there for a long time. Multiple times. As Pollito, MarioMmmmhhh and MonsieurBiertest."

Oakmoss ends up being a spicy green leather scent where the leather is clearly colored. Even though it has similarities to other leather scents, it gradually moves away from them. The so-called cocaine note replaces the saffron, becomes a bit spicy with the pepper. The cedar plays in the background, one guesses a slightly woody leg note. The beginning causes me personally associations and thus headaches whether the artificiality of Ombre Leather. After that it goes, smells decent but can not win me. Oakmoss is not reminiscent of Tuscan Leather, unless you are so taken by the bitter saffron-like facet that you reduce the scent to that. Then the TL comparison fits very well.

This is heavy green leather. In the initial phase some funky cocaine accord pops up, but afterall its a longlasting oakmoss - leather scent
