The Pink Kitty
Actually, I wanted to have one of these cat flacons in my collection long ago! Some probably consider them rather kitschy, but for my taste they are imaginative and playful and appeal to me more than the often very puristic bottles of niche brands, where only the content counts for me
Unfortunately these kittens are quite rare in the internet...but recently I was able to get hold of this one. Actually not a normal sized bottle, but with 12ml content it is still above my definition for "miniature", which for me ends at a maximum of 10ml.
Interestingly enough, the box says "Miss Caty Cat" - but you won't find him underneath. But since the bottle pattern is identical and the pyramid is easy to follow, I'm sure I'm describing the right one here.
Now what does the pink kitten smell like? Here design and content go together quite well. As the floral design suggests, the scent is floral and delicate, quite girlish but hardly sweet as one might expect, but rather spring-fresh, with a distinct fruity note of apple. Who likes perfumes like "Naturelle" or "Secret Wish" will find something very similarly designed. Since I like this kind of perfume despite my love for sillage strong, dark brew, especially in spring, the pink kitten gets 8.5 from me.
Of course I give the bottle 10 - because that's exactly why I wanted this perfume in the first place!
