My Amber Number 13
Oriflame - Amber Elixir
The wind was blowing over Sweden. In the dry tundra a spruce tree braves lonely. A spruce that is 9500 years old. The oldest tree in the world has seen many an amber tear flow. Is there one in our bottle?
It starts out wet. Bang with fruit and soupy green. Tangerines tumble over us. Fruit cake caramel with grapes and black currants, or perhaps plums, steers us towards the fine honey scent of peonies (Schw. Pion). Scent of animalism, which sometimes accompanies peonies in nature, crumbles in small past. The moisture evaporates at an hourly rate. Heliotrope gives the fine touch of almonds, marzipan and vanilla. We have arrived in the dry Scandinavian summer.
Amber flies around us like a sparrow, not a butterfly.
Under light woods, sandalwood or Nordic spruce, the musk is laced in homeopathic tins and provides a discreet background. Everything has come together to form a long, warm whole.
Now you can cuddle.
