Urlauuuuuub!
Have a nice evening with all the freaks snooping around. Summer's coming to an end and I'm sure it makes you all sad, doesn't it? Well, to be honest, not me, my summer wasn't that special and the heat waves didn't really help me to improve my mood, so I'm looking forward to autumn, for example to be able to carve pumpkins again in October for Halloween time and to wait with excitement for what's new for Halloween from Yankee Candle and so on. But I digress. Nevertheless, we still have summer, and today there was even some sunshine again, so that I will introduce a summery scent again. And what a guy!
Today we are talking about Giordani Gold Essenza from Oriflame, a rather cheap fragrance brand. But what they have created here, I simply find wonderful and hope that other citrus fans like it as well. With such a fragrance you wish yourself back the hot summer... well, purely hypothetically anyway, since I do NOT wish myself the summer back as I said, mu ha ha ha ha... *sigh*
Well then, let's go to the scent!
A few moments later the fragrance becomes warmer and even sweeter. Neroli gains a little in intensity, one smells light, woody notes and besides the indicated green almond is hinted. Yes, if you smell exactly (and you know that there should be green almonds in here), then you already smell a nice, green note that reminds you of green almonds.
Later the fragrance is still somewhat fruity, I can still smell mandarins here, but the lemons have become much weaker. The sweetness of amber adds to the fragrance, as does a slight hint of musk. In the end, the fragrance is a little more sweet than citric, but always loose, with which it also ends somewhat fresh.
Okay, so I thought this scent was very, very nice. It smells nice and fresh, but not only citric, but also amber and wood and radiates a wonderful mediterranean aura, which reminds you of great holiday resorts in these countries like Italy, Greece, Turkey etc.. Where to get a sunburn on great beaches just because you forget to apply the sun cream because of all the "beach beauty glances" (püüh, happens to a right, or? NO!!! :DD).
Or even where you look at the old town in the evening, enjoy the great atmosphere and buy lots of useless souvenir stuff such as figures with giant penises or frogs, on whose back you can make a wooden stick to "make noise"! D
Yeah, vacation's a great thing... well, at least if you have someone who goes with you, too, bah! I hope that some of you had a great holiday this year, but the miserable heatwaves annoyed me, so I am happy that the summer is almost over. But: For the next summer I would recommend you ladies to note this fragrance, because it really smells really nice. Nothing really extraordinary special, but just fragrant! Yeah, test him out.

The Sillage and the shelf life:
The Sillage is a bit moderate, but that's okay, after all the fragrance has many lively citrus notes, which in most cases have a weak charisma. The shelf life is actually okay, because you can still smell the scent after six to seven hours, but already after half of this time the scent seemed quite weak to me. The bottle:
The bottle is of a slightly higher quality than most other Oriflame bottles and is rectangular with slightly curved sides and wider in height. The rectangular lid looks like a gilded piece of wood and is set between two clear plates. All in all, everything looks noble and goes well with the name of the fragrance. A beautiful bottle! Okay, so I thought this scent was very, very nice.
