The most beautiful powder brush fragrance of the year
At some point, the worst is behind us. Soon the optically beautiful, but really terrible Twennytwenny will be over. After that it can only get better. But just now, still in the middle of the valley bottom, I found a jewel that heals the wounded soul a little bit. Oriza L. Legrand, the brand that always flew a little under my radar, made it onto the list "Let's see what else they have, because they are not expensive" for the first time today. Admittedly, that's not the name of the list, and it only exists in my head, but "earmarked" belongs to Legrand in any case.
Because for little money I found Le Régent, and it's wonderful!
One more confession first:
I tend to talk people into buying fragrances that I find fantastically beautiful, especially those from my favourite companies. But here I am not exaggerating when I say: "Go out and part with the few euros the manufacturer asks for it, and you won't regret it, not for a minute! You can also go online, because Legrand is unfortunately not often found in the villages and towns, and you shouldn't wander around outside so much yet.
Even the first spray was very gentle and soft, powdery and balsamic, the latter in both senses of the word. Slightly sweet, creamy, minimally woody, like a fresh handkerchief, suggestive. And beautiful and harmonious it goes on. A memory of heliotrope is added, only very tenderly, lovingly. Pure, fresh cream does the rest to round off the "beautiful dream effect". The dry but fresh wood lets the fragrance stay on the floor and makes it less girlish, but also wearable for boys who want to treat themselves (and their environment) to something good and beautiful.
The dream finds its climax in a blend of several potential fragrances for romantics: a little L' heure bleue, a little Teint de Neige and the best of L' Instant Magic.
I think the GDR sandman wears Le Régent. Float out...
