Cheap Nobrainer
I received the fragrance as a gift after passing a fragrance seminar at a company whose name escapes me. As an avid perfume collector, I'm happy of course, even if I already thought that it will hardly be an expensive non-fragrance at a free fragrance seminar. Otto Kern, I didn't know the brand yet, after a short research I knew in which price and fragrance segment I am. Under 15€, usually not my area of interest, but a gift horse... The curiosity prevailed, and so it was immediately sprayed for a test on the wrist.
2x, pressed, smelled, *pamm*. Directly a "peppery" slap in the face. Quite acrid, unpleasant. Cinnamon perhaps quite casually to perceive, more also not. After 5 minutes, the biting pepper gives way, blends quite pleasantly with a light cinnamon/lavender note. Base note does not change much, it is only a bit sweeter by the tonka bean, pepper, lavender & cinnamon but continue to set the tone.
The shelf life is as expected not outstanding, on trips that last longer than 4h you should aufjedenfall a pocket atomizer ready. My girlfriend has him after 2 hours in a hug unasked titled as "very good, pleasant", after about 4h he was for them only faintly perceived on clothing.
All in all, smells not particularly noble, not particularly long, but is for
