Very Clean Soapy Little Number
This is a very clean light sillage, but lasting, soapy scent. It seems innocent and subtly goes about its busy day and if it's aura had a color, it would be pale periwinkle. It reminds me of a sheer lily of the valley and jasmine shampoo. I found this onsale at TJ MAXX for 9 USD and I tested it and thought, I could easily wear this to work/daily and it is non-confrontational-totally office appropo year round but I LIKED it, but didn't NEED it. So I left it on the shelf and honestly, haven't looked back. Design by Paul Sebastion & Terra Nova China Rain together was my day signature scent and Lumiere by Rochas was my night scent Freshman year of college, when I could only afford 3 fragrances. I can't tell you how grateful I was to Paul Sebastian for making good solid high quality scents in a college girl's budget at that time. But now I guess I find there are too many other options out there to explore. Even so, I can recommend this as a great "throw-into-gym-bag" smell freshly showered or a low risk blind buy, because it would be as difficult to not like this as it is to not like traditional black mascara or pinot grigio.
