One hundred and forty and one lavender

By virtue of my position as a state and church-approved lavender inspector, it is without a doubt my duty to write the first commentary on this new lavender scent by Jean-Claude Ellena (sic!) - and one thing in advance: it is good.
In my collection of the currently available lavender scents there are 140 small water bottles. Another one is now being added. Not included are the lavender scents I tested, over which time passed and which were discontinued. Their number is legion.
However, the question that arises in the strict and incorruptible test is whether the product in question can actually be a lavender scent, as stated.
After all, such heretical products as blackcurrant bud and white musk are found in the seething cauldron (we'll let the cedar go; nothing can be said against a woody base).
Indeed, a green-leaved and pointed fruity cassiston can be perceived throughout this very light, very fresh fragrance, adding a fruity note to the herbaceous note of lavender. Lavande Romaine thus moves one step out of the field of classic lavender scents, but remains with one foot behind the red line. The test can thus be considered passed, especially since the musk neither disturbs nor powders, at best it contours the base a bit.
If you are looking for a completely new, differently accentuated, classic AND modern lavender fragrance, Master Ellena will delight you here with a charming new concept.
