I wanted to like that smell, but I just couldn't...
In search of an affordable oud scent and because of the high ratings here in the forum I tried this Rasasi. Two sprayers, and - BOOM! OMG, that was 2 sprayers too much...
The perfume smells leathery, spicy, smoky, kind of liqueur-like at the beginning - sorry, but it just smells like "party cellar the morning after". And then the plastic bottle looks like a flask. As a target audience for this fragrance, I can imagine, if at all, men over 40 or rather 50. And when I say "in the beginning", I mean at least the first 6 hours. Shelf life and silage are extreme!
Towards evening (or even the next day) - when the stink has finally dissipated - a skin-tight, soft, almost delicate, incredibly beautiful aquatic scent remains. Wow! Sensational! Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde! I've never experienced anything like it before.
I tried it for a few more days - I thought to myself "Such a complex scent, maybe you have to smell it first..." - but it just didn't work. Maybe it's really a cultural problem.
