The feather rain
You had another one of those days where everything poured into you. You were overwhelmed with a lot of work and very exhausting conversations. Everybody wanted something from you again. The electronics had failed again, including the phone. And the day just didn't want to pass by and went by like in slow motion. Now you sit completely executed on a chair at home. And there she is on the table in front of you! This tiny little pink bottle with something in it that could help against the evil world out there. And you open it and dab a single drop on the back of your hand. And then it happens! The world around you disappear. You are in another world, dimension or on a strange planet.

Completely naked as you were born you stand in a tropical rainforest. Everything around you is so wonderfully exaggerated, much too beautiful to be real. All colors and smells are much, much more intense and powerful than you have ever perceived them. The air seems to flicker and smells of juicy fruits of guava. So fruity and spicy it tickles your nose. And you walk this only path slowly along which leads through the lush vegetation. It is as green as fresh cardamom and coriander and lined with huge white flowers from which the nectar drips. The aroma of spicy ginger and fruity-sour flowers is in the air, so juicy and full that you can almost touch them. You continue along the path and your hands graze the calyxes and palm leaves. And then something suddenly lies at your feet.

A crystal hummingbird with a small golden key in his back. You pick it up and start turning the key like a music box. And then something wonderful happens. You hear the singing of a children's choir and the crystal hummingbird begins to live. His little wings start beating so fast that you think you can hear the buzzing of electricity. More and more of their kind are coming out of the huge white calyxes. Dozens of them circle around you and they bundle to a white-glittering light in front of you. An inner voice tells you to follow them and you do it! They fly ahead until you arrive at the end of the path at a pond. You stand at the edge of the pond and want to walk straight through it, there you hear again this voice in you that tells you to wait. And you do it again!

The swarm of crystal hummingbirds is far above you in these moments and you look up into the clear aquamarine sky. The humming sound of the wings stops and you hear a crystal chime as every little bird above you bursts like overripe peppers. And while the crystal splinters are still in the air, they begin to transform. They all become iridescent, pink-turquoise, dazzling feathers that fall to the ground like a soft rain that covers your whole body and skin like a dazzling costume. Over and over you are sprinkled with it and you feel like a dazzling, paradisiacal peacock in this moment. An animal contentment comes over you in this moment. Then you look again at the pond, that water has turned into gold and an equally naked and golden figure sits in the middle of the pond on a benzoe-like shimmering little rock.

Slowly you rise into the golden shimmering water, which reaches you just up to hip. Slowly you walk through it and try to see who is sitting there, blinded by the sun and its reflections. When you finally get there, you can see it. You are it yourself and your own I caress you gently over your wet and partly gilded plumage which once was skin and speaks to you in a gentle voice: Fly back my dear friend and don't be sad. Your time has not yet come to stay here. Don't you worry about it. Everything, but everything will be fine. Open your new wings and fly as far and as high as you can. You can do it if you want... fly!

And while the last words are still echoing in your ears, you open your eyes and you sit on your chair again and the hours have passed. There is still the music of Parra for Cuva/Cupa Cupa that you heard when you came home. Then you start to smile satisfied because you know that you have the small pink bottle and you can fly at any time and escape everyone. Whenever you want!

Birds in Paradise
Rarely, extremely rarely have I smelled an essence of such pure and beautiful notes, which is so incredibly intoxicating and almost narcotically beautiful. So innocent and yet so infinitely desirable that it frightens my dark scented soul. A single drop is enough to make the world around you disappear and dive into a paradise of white flowers, fruity-hot notes and spicy resinous chords. A nectar that is so incredibly strong in its aura that you think you're losing the ground under your feet. Birds in Paradise is like a dazzling, colorful plumage of iridescent light, feathers and colorful crystals. The pure adrenaline of love. A masterpiece!
