Ever enumerate Do Re Mi Fa Sol La Si backwards?
Here comes a fragrance named after one of the numerous scales and has one of the chords in its name, in this case Si-Do and no, I don't mean the German rapper Sido :D

Réminiscence rather wanted to show that music names have a lot in common with fragrance names, as is also written in Parfumo below. Because with fragrances, one often uses terms like chord or composition. I find this concept interesting, but whether the fragrance is also successful is another question.

But the following is also interesting: Apparently most people can say the whole scale, i.e. Do Re Mi Fa Sol La Si Do without any problems, but say it in descending cadence, backwards :D
Well, it's not that easy, is it? It's probably like saying the alphabet backwards. While that's no problem with numbers, with the alphabet it seems that after Y or X you can't get on smoothly anymore :D

The smell:
The fragrance begins with iris and is quite floral. The flowery one is heavy and sultry, there is ylang-ylang in it, which always seems to me to be what I just described. Carrots, well, there is a little bit of carrot in it, but it's a bit less, because you can usually tell the distinctive scent of a carrot by looking at it, and it would also go well with iris (after all, an iris root is a bit like grated carrots), only it's overshadowed by the more floral scents.
But the powdery one of the iris still comes through, even if the scent should not be very soft and beautiful due to the sultry scent and a cardamom-like, not very pleasant smelling scent.
You have to put up with this for a few minutes before the scent disappears. The scent remains heavy and muggy, but ylang-ylang doesn't smell as bad as the cardamom-like scent described above, and apart from that most of the ladies here don't seem to mind ylang-ylang anyway, so you might like the scent even better than I do.
Anyway, the fragrance becomes much more powdery at the base, a carrot can only be smelled slightly, but that soon fades away. The fruity notes listed in the base can hardly be smelled, but amber, on the other hand, slowly emerges and radiates its sweetish scent, although the fragrance doesn't really get really sweet.

The Sillage and the durability:
The sillage is rather normal, except for the heart note, and is therefore to be smelled to some extent at short to medium distance, although it weakens quickly.
The shelf life is quite okay, so it is six to eight hours.

The bottle! The bottle has a cylindrical, bell-shaped shape, is pink and opaque. On the front, the logo and the name of the fragrance are written in gold. At the bottom, a golden ribbon runs around the bottle, showing the brand name. A long silk bow has been attached to the gold-plated neck, with the ribbons reaching down to the bottom. The lid is transparent and multi-faceted, but looks slightly old-fashioned. All in all, a successful, very beautiful flacon.

Um... are you actually still reading my comment here or are you still trying to say Do Si La Sol Fa Mi Re Do, that is DoReMi backwards? :D
Hey hey, like I said, it's not that easy, is it? Even if you read it, sometimes you get stuck, because it's just unusual It's certainly a great brain-training opportunity or something... I think..
Anyway, despite the beautiful bottle, the fragrance hasn't become the high-flyer and is simply a standard, powdery iris scent with sometimes heavy floral notes like ylang-ylang and a sometimes disturbing, heavy something like cardamom, which fortunately only lasts for a short time.

A fragrance for autumn and winter, but perhaps still usable in spring. You could wear it during the day, but there are nicer scents for the evening. If you can test it, but in my opinion you don't have to.

And here you have a little help to say backwards:

Do Re Mi Fa Sol La Si Do ->
-> Do Si La Sol Fa Mi Re Do... :DD

... hm... now I could start humming... sol sol re# la# sol re# la# sol... I'm a nerd, I know... :D
