SURPRISINGLY good, albeit a bit weak
Not sure when it happened, but the brand turned into a cloner so quickly that I barely even noticed. Saw a few reviews here and there on some of the earlier releases like L'homme Suavage and Anima Nera and they were very complimentary so I thought I'd give this one a go.

Right from the first spray, it's obviously Aventus - you'd have to be living on Saturn not to tell by now - albeit giving it a minute or two to settle in and the difference in quality compared to many of the other popular clones becomes obvious. It's less synthetic, less harsh, more fruity and farrrrr better balanced - something perhaps closer to the 2015-2017 batches. Epinette's first take for Zara - Vibrant Leather 2016 - also comes to mind, a distinction that earns its own page here on Parfumo rather than grouping it with its somewhat less worthy successors (a decision that I can definitely support).

In the mid, I was actually VERY surprised that I could notice the rose material too, as well as a tiny hint of vanilla in the background that so many clones miss. It's so subtle that most people will probably overlook it, but to me, it makes a world of a difference. It turns the scent away from being a straight up fruity dihydromyrcenol bomb and more toward a balanced woody floral. Can't say that I pick up on any outright greenness like many others have mentioned, but that's certainly not a dealbreaker. We have Loewe's Esencia edp for that. I will say that it's also significantly less synthetic than something like MB's Explorer, a fragrance that I originally found rather offputting when it was first released, compared to some of the earlier clones.

And honestly, there really isn't much more to say other than the projection and longevity from my fresh bottle are average at best. I'm sure a mounting sum of people out there will use that as an excuse to pass this one up, and that's fine by me because that'll keep the price down. lol But it's their loss. You just need to spray more and on clothing to help it carry. Sure, the box, bottle and cap are all disappointments (the cap neither clicks or fits snuggly), but the atomizer is just fine so there's no reason not to go heavy on the trigger.

Personally, I still have original bottles of Armaf's CDNI edt and RT's Insurrection Pure II - I've even smelled the original L'Aventure - but this one trumps them all. And it's not even close. Costs less too. In fact I packed those away years ago because they just didn't get any use. THIS ONE however, absolutely will. And even though I don't count myself as an Aventus fanboy (I much prefer Spice and Wood), I'm actually very glad I picked this one up before it got any hype. Then again, at this point, the sheer amount of Aventus clones out there is so vast, that choice doesn't appear to be an issue. But in terms of VALUE, this is the best one by far. Shame it's not more widely available in the west, but I suppose those are the breaks. Solid find.

Aventus is turning green
This is my 7th or even 8th replacement/interpretation of Aventus. And even if it may sound stupid, I don't regret owning this one as well. Early statement : This is my favorite smell from ALL the Aventus interpretations/clones that I've tried (and I've tried a lot).
I am enjoying this one the most because this has a sort of green side to it. While the other clones have at least a slight synthetic smell to them, this one is the only one that I enjoyed the most (in terms of smell) having the most natural smell to my nose from all clones.
I have tried it on my skin and on paper as well (in the same time with many more aventus clones)
This is for certain aventus inspired but it has a very nice natural smell, kind of green aura which I love.
Also, this is not as acidic or efervescent as aventus, but it's still very fresh and refreshing.
I simply love it the way it is.
Performance ? Not the greatest. You will get better performance from cndim, NOI or others but the smell guys.. gorgeous here.
It will stay around 6+ hrs with a decent projection in the first 2 hours. This is just perfection for me. I am already seeing myself wearing this so often.
As they say "The beauty is in the eye of the beholder".
As always try it first and decide for yourself.

Perfect Aventus replacement.
I smelled Evento for the first time a few months ago, and my first impression was good but not great. I bought a bottle anyway.

I thought is way too similar to Vibrant Leather but is not the case. The opening is just as fruity but the dry down is much richer and complex. Smells much better than my other clone, Rasasi Zebra. I used about 30ml and I'm very impressed.

I own a small bottle of the original too, but I would never buy that again since Evento is so close and is so affordable. Good enough to be my signature scent.

Moderate performances, great versatility and price!

P.S. Capucci Just realised a new fragrance, Blu Water EDP, apparently is a clone of Bleu de Chanel.

Not for The Beatnik Wildsville's Wildman
Evento Uomo is a contemporary fragrance from Roberto Capucci, released in January 2018 right after l'Homme Suave (aka l'Homme Sauvage). With Evento, I happened to feel the same as with Encre Noir. Love at the first sniff! It has a distinctive freshness and smokiness I find it different from what I had the pleasure of testing before. It creates in me a positive mood with those delicious fruity, leathery, and mossy tones, which are very handy in these moody days.
To me, this is a pure finesse in a bottle, absolutely, my definition of class in a bottle. Well, I didn't read about it before testing or buying it on purpose, as I wanted my thoughts to be trustworthy and unbiased. even because there are no reviews at all out there yet being

Is Evento disrupting the now? Well, I am afraid it is not. Admittedly, it is shamelessly akin to Creed Aventus, the name is alike if you apply some tricks such as anagrams, changes, discards, and additions, i.e., Evento = Avento = Aventus here we go, and so does the vibe. Is Evento a worthy buy for a ridiculous price of 15€? Let's review it first and conclude it later. However, I had still blown away by the first sniff.

The top notes are an unbelievable combo of fruity, smoky, and zesty accords with roasted pineapple and citrus fruit. Try to figure out a mild spring morning, you're sitting outdoor and having breakfast. In front of you, there is a plate with fresh-cut sweet barbecued pineapple flowed with some fresh-squeezed sharp citrus juice. More, a sliced tart white apple surrounding the plate, and a handful of berries scattered all over, the morning breeze taking that wondrous aroma straightforward to your nostrils. Whoa, this is the best way that came to my mind for expressing the sensation I feel while smelling Evento's opening.

After the initial fruity blast, the heart notes kick in unveiling an intriguing accord of smoky and leathery facets with a touch of floral, the Birchwood is prevailing and shadows a bit the earthy patchouli and the floral bouquet of white blossoms. I must confess that I particularly enjoy the smoky-leathery Birchwood accord because of its a unique character in modern compositions, especially when transposed on the background of pineapple-like in this scent.

The smoky aura remains until the dry-down, and it is joined on stage by a mossy note giving more earthiness and muskiness to the formulation. Here I mostly appreciate the vanilla that emerges towards the dry-down. The smooth sweetness of the vanilla provides a delicate balance to the manhood of the oakmoss and the Birchwood, and on my skin, the base is rubbery, smoky, and earthy. I guess that a sort of amber is also in there, giving more deepness to the core.

I love this scent from top to bottom, and it reminds me of style and elegance mixed with casual freshness if that makes any sense at all. Evento sounds heavy, but it isn't... it is a long-lasting fragrance with moderate sillage, up to 8 hours and still there close to the skin, perfect for the office and daily wear. Besides, the fruity-smoky-rubbery-mossy accord smells nothing but Aventus alike, which is a spot on in my opinion. Recommended, it is very manly, suitable for men of all ages, but not for kids. It's pretty hard to beat Evento on versatility. It is ideal for almost any season, but winter, and at any point of the time in the day. Its rich fruity-floral aroma adds a touch of happy zest in the spring days and summer nights, yet the smoky-leathery-mossy works magic in the cooler fall days and evenings.

Be Neatnik. Check it!

Ain't no doubt Evento is uncannily akin to Aventus, the name is similar and so does the vibe. Fruity, smoky, leathery, and mossy bargain!

Exactly (!) like Aventus, If i don’t put them on simultaneously I can’t tell the difference. Aventus slightly better if directly compared.
