Sharp, canned fruits
Oh, I do detest. Such a shame seeming that I love Salvatore Ferragamo fragrances so much.
The grapefruit and apple notes in the opening were far too strong and nauseating for my overly sensitive sense of smell.
I kept hoping that this initial fruity blast would disappear or soften making way for the peony, apricot and hibiscus. I waited patiently but that moment never came.
Another immediate disappointment was that the scent barely lasted more than an hour on my skin. It was all sharp fruits and then nothing, not even the slightest hint that a perfume even touched the skin.
In lots of ways this fragrance reminds me of Envy Me by Gucci which I'm also not a fan of. Perhaps it is just my personal taste and skin chemistry that reacts badly to these scents, however with that being said I still won't be recommending this fragrance to anyone in a hurry.
