Santa Rosa
Rarely does a rose perfume inspire in me such happiness as this rose. I have tried sooooo many rose perfumes and it happens to be one of my favorite notes. When I smelled this rose, however, I was astounded. It is fresh, deep and at the same time light. Vibrant. This rose is still attached to its roots. It's alive.
Though the cologne is not my favorite medium of scent transmission, in this case, it works beautifully. Splash on this acqua liberally, on clothes, body or bed. It is neither too strong nor too fleeting. I love to use this on multiple surfaces as it maintains its character.
There is a bit of lemon in this but it is nothing like other lemon roses: a bit spicy but not sharp at all. This is a rose that simply makes me happy. Beautiful.
