Candied Orange Vanilla
This may indeed be someone's HG Vanilla scent, it is lovely and quite concentrated with a fruity, little powdery musk, spice and amber in the drydown. The sillage is moderate (about one meter), and the ambery note melts into the skin getting warmer, spicier almost like a chai tea spice and richer with body heat. On my skin, it last about 4-6 hours. I prefer this type of scent in the Fall and Winter, but for a diehard Vanilla fan, this might be a year round fragrance. Initially, I tested this along with 6 other Vanilla fragrances- Bois 1920-Vaniglia, IL Profumo- Vanille Bourbon, Mona Di Orio-Vanille and Laurence Dumont- Vanille Bourbon & Vanille Noir and Comptoire Sud Pacific- Vanille Abricot and I for SH Perfect Vanilla to be acceptable, but not my perfect rich buttery, smoky vanilla bourbon extract that I eventually found by mixing Bois 1920 with Mona Di Orio's beautiful Vanille. But as a side note, the DH likes it.
