shortly before sunset in the birch grove
The fragrances, which I got to know so far from Shay & Blue, always enchant me with their clarity.
The fragrances are clearly defined, do not waft around, do not fray; they follow very clear lines and do not knot the senses either.
This was already the case with my first fragrance experience "Framboise Noire" and this experience is repeated.
Here is nothing creamy, nothing powdery, every note is clear and so is the whole fragrance development: completely without bells and whistles.
"White Peaches" is a kind of "fragrance cocktail"; as if the ripe white peaches are pureed to accentuate their summery aroma. A fragrance of fruity summer promise emerges. He's pretty noble at the same time!
I process elderberries into jam and liqueur; my friend from Reutlingen cooks elderberry syrup and bottles it in big bottles.
The contents of one of these bottles could well have been processed into the Granita here.
In any case, the two fully aromatic fruit experiences are filled into cocktail glasses: first a layer of the wonderful peach puree and then just as generously the elderflower granita.
This approach is now tempting; the glasses are filled either with mineral water - in the good version - or with Prosecco. Something fruity clear very lively develops.
(The only thing I'm missing here is a leaf of mint as the crowning flavor at the end. But we shouldn't drink "White Peaches" either, we should surround ourselves with them.)
In the nearby birch grove, wicker furniture has been set up; the armchairs are furnished with thick, colourful cushions, small bowls of nibbles and napkins are placed on the tables And also the small glass plates, on which the now filled glasses have been placed, are already there. Each glass comes with a small spoon.
From here, under the evening fragrant, quietly fast canopy of leaves, the end of the day can be celebrated.
If the fruity magic of the day is still captured in the glasses, the colours slowly begin to fade between these bright trees. The bright dresses of the ladies begin to become glowing spots in the twilight.
Because this summer twilight announces itself, the air becomes balsamic and also "White Peaches" with the cool Granita now gets the appropriate attention and becomes part of the "blue hour".
The blow of a nightingale from the nearby undergrowth completes this production.
The "Shay & Blue" brand has succeeded in creating a fruity summer fragrance that can do more than just accompany you during the day and dance romantically into the evening.
This scent mixture gives the time between day and dream a short pause; perhaps with a special scent cocktail, which quietly cooks and sparkles.
Lively and at the same time full of summer romance.
