Nice, simple summer scent
Hmmm, I've tested Sisley so many times in various shops, so I wonder why I've only written one comment for this brand so far... hmm... of course, one of the reasons was that most Sisley fragrances have always been in the women's department :D
Yes, why don't you test women's fragrances in the presence of ladies and surrounded by cute pink flowery flacons, if you're a guy and a shy one at that! He he he :D

I noticed the brand quite positively, above all by the beautiful Eau de Campagne - Country Water, which reminds me of the equally beautiful Un Jardin sur le Toit by Hermès, which gives off a not everyday beautiful green scent and is one of my favourite scents by Hermès.

Now it's Eau de Sisley 3's turn (I have to admit that the name is not very creative...)! Although I had mentioned it briefly in a statement some time ago, but I think I'll write a commi anyway, ... you'll have to somehow spam here! And who can do this better than DonJuanDeCat, who is always over-present and will soon only get on everyone's nerves? Bahh.... *sigh* :DD

The fragrance:
At the beginning one smells grapefruit, lemon (or bergamot) and slightly sweet, but nevertheless citric mandarin. Everything smells beautiful, natural and tingling refreshing! If you like citric scents, then the beginning will appeal to you, especially in this heat!
A few minutes later some slight ginger beginnings come through, but this herb can't really unfold, because more and more a flowery sweetness appears (probably the osmanthus, but I can't really identify the flowers as osmanthus), which makes the scent sweeter and covers the ginger slightly. But that's not bad, because the scent smells so good. The citric notes go back further and further from now on (but never disappear completely), which makes the fragrance softer.
On the base, the fragrance becomes a little more flowery and sweet, but now the sweet notes come more from the soft musk and vanilla. The fragrance is therefore warm but always loose, so that it is a beautiful, sweet summer fragrance.

The Sillage and the shelf life:
These two points are now unfortunately the two biggest criticisms of the fragrance here. Because the charisma is quite low. In the beginning it is still very lively and therefore very pleasant, but already in less than ten minutes the fragrance loses most of its power rather on the skin. Sure, many summer scents are weak, but this one belongs to the even weaker ones, which is a pity...
The durability is also rather low. Although you can smell the scent for about four hours or less, but after less than two hours it is as just described quite weak.

The bottle:
The bottle is cylindrical and filled with yellowish scented liquid. The label is white and on it you can see the name of the fragrance and the image of a crown. Somehow the label looks quite colorful by the differently colored words and numbers. While the bottle itself looks quite simple, the lid here is more complex and looks like an ice sculpture, which beautifully enhances the bottle.

Hmm, yeah, that Sisley scent is nice, too. But he is neither breathtakingly super, nor somehow very distinctive. A little 0815-like, but not necessarily boring, because it smells nice and also not synthetic. Good to use in spring and summer, but only for short-term refreshment than going out, as you can hardly smell it very soon after it has been sprayed on.

Recommended for the summer when you don't mind spraying yourself with the fragrance several times a day. But even if it is not really special now, it looks quite nice on warm days, even if it would get a miserable note in the price/performance ratio with me.

Yes, because I still liked the fragrance, I think I should take a closer look at the other Sisley fragrances as well. And although they are in the women's department (good, this one is also a women's fragrance, but it also looks a bit like unisex!) I can test these fragrances easily, because it is unfortunately often overlooked by the ladies and there are less women in the corridors with this fragrance... which is a pity, because you might miss a nice fragrance with it... but what is good for me, because I can test the fragrances in peace :D

Almost Lovely
The lemon, osmanthus and vetiver stand out, but not in a way that creates real beauty for me. In the drydown it becomes fresh and woody, a sophisticated citrus. It would work on a man better than a woman, I think, or at least this woman. No mistaking Sisley 3 is an accomplished scent, just not my kind of perf.
