elfenzart floating vanilla
After I discovered my love for vanilla fragrances only some time ago, I am enchanted by these fragrance creations, which are heavily worn by lecherously creamy vanilla.
Especially when it is accompanied by brown alcohol (rum or cognac), I am tempted to call for a spoon (see also "Vanilla Absolument").
Whereby I prefer a robust, unaffected rum with this type of vanilla, which can contrast the dominance of vanilla with a strong partner.
These noble golden-brown cognac varieties, which I prefer, are simply too noble to stand up to this power. They belong, after all, in the matching glasses, which miraculously create a pleasant feeling in every hand; only in this way can these noble brandies completely enchant all senses.
Against this background I was naturally particularly curious about "La Collecion Vanille" by Syvaine Delacourte.
Slightly tuned in autumn and therefore looking for a little more warmth under my nose, I was the first of five vanilla niche fragrances to choose "Virgile".
And was surprised!
This vanilla floats! She has completely lost the heavy road holding and by her liaison with spicy clary sage this lightness comes out even stronger.
Clary sage with its present, slightly sweet scent is really not everyone's cup of tea.
However, the effect of the distillate from its flowers is amazing: it makes us light and makes us stand out!
Those who want to be grounded and always hover in airy heights should avoid this very special herbal scent. Maybe that's why you got that vanilla scent.
The proven healing effect of the clary ointment is well known. Thus it helps against anxiety, depression, mood swings and and and and - up to lacking sexual drive (as claimed in many books).
This mood-lifting scent fabric becomes fresher and less "esoteric" by the really refreshing mandarin scent (where does it have its usual synthetic touch?).
Bergamot also earns a little; before the rose geranium with its well-known aroma spreads a new healing effect.
Fully blossomed roses now meet soft, light leather: a refined fragrance development starts here.
Strong rosemary and the spiciness of cedar complete a Mediterranean-looking vanilla scent at its finest.
A light breeze of wind sweeps over a pastoral fragrant landscape, which is illuminated and warmed by a merciful, not too bright sun.
Here a heavy sensual scent was cleverly brought close to aromatherapy.
Whereby the warming and also healing effect of vanilla is already known for restlessness and even anxiety.
"Virgine" is more of a healing fairy than an opulent femme fatale.
This very special and completely unexpected vanilla scent accompanies protective but for some hours.
In the morning it leads into the day in a relaxing way and in the evening spreads a protective, pleasantly light cloth over the tension of the past hours: a fragrance that seems to tune in to a good night's sleep.
Whether the Sandman carries a bottle of it as a secret?
With "Virgine" Sylvaine Delacourte made me rave and float.
I'm really curious what the four other fragrances in this collection will reveal to me.
I am now prepared for surprises and will certainly report on them in due course.
