Inner Bloom
Sit with me and close your eyes and listen to the deep sound of the gong. Sink deeper and deeper into the reverberation of silence. Feel the warm wind beneath your wings as you glide over fields of lemongrass. Inhale the citrusy, tangy green scent of the breaking stalks as you gently float to the ground and touch the earth. Embrace yourself with your feathered wings and transform back into your human weak form. The ground is soft, moist and warm under your bare feet. The air is sultry and musky around you. Reach into the warm, moist earth and take it into your hands. Mother Earth is speaking to you in this moment,while around you the patchouli grasses are caressed by spicy bitter winds.
And so you do as Mother Earth has advised and plant a piece of yourself in the warm spicy earth before you. The softest, quietest and most vulnerable part of all. A part of your milky-creamy heart! You water it with silence. You fertilize it with peace. And nurture it with deep peace. And when all the inner flowers have blossomed, you will be able to pick them. Siddartha by Teone Reinthal is a tribute to Siddhartha Gautama. He was the first Buddha and founder of Buddhism. Also known as the historical Buddha. Buddhism as such is very close to my heart. It is for me personally speaking the purest,cleanest,most harmonious and peaceful form of religion. Pure,clean and peaceful is also the perfume of the same name. Nothing here smells synthetic or artificial. Siddartha opened with citrusy,green-tart lemongrass. Very natural and realistic. Immediately a warm,sultry and gently animalic musky note of ambrette comes in which is replaced more and more by a moist warm and earthy patchouli. It smells of warmed,damp earth and woody,milky sandalwood. In the finish, Siddartha becomes drier and drier and slides out into an almost dusty-dry mist of various spicy-bitter spices. For me, Siddartha is an ego scent. That is, a fragrance that you wear only for yourself when you need peace and protection. A fragrance of meditation to
come down, switch off and withdraw. If I would assign Siddartha meditative sports, he would be best suited for yoga, Tai Chi or archery. Siddartha is a very peaceful and grounding fragrance that accompanies the thoughts in a very pleasant way. During the day, in the evening and also at night. A little Tibet in a bottle!
