Old Middle-Eastern woman serves you dessert

Dates Delight starts off with a really nice spiced date note with depth provided by honey and oud. Unfortunately the resins and floral notes combine to create an unappealing old lady/potpourri smell which is exacerbated by the powderiness of the honey/powdered sugar note. A lot of resinous oud/florals do this for me so I suppose it's more me than the scent itself, but I can only talk about my own experience in my review. It really does remind me of being in an old woman's house with that distinct mothball/potpourri smell while she's baking some dessert.

Performance is decent, but I can't see this being very versatile. Maybe for a cozy evening indoors in winter?

Dates Delight is the perfect winter recommendation.

This fragrance is the perfect recommendation for all cinnamon lovers. The sweetness of the date and the Indonesian oud in combination harmonize perfectly with each other.

I personally love this fragrance and not just because I am an incredible cinnamon lover, but because this fragrance has something very unique about it that puts you and everyone around you in a whole new mood. I probably got the most compliments with this fragrance because it is relatively strong but not too overpowering.

For me, this fragrance is an absolute highlight and can hardly be compared to any other fragrance. The longevity is also very satisfactory and absolutely suitable for a date, for example, as I estimate it to last around 5 hours.

To summarize, this fragrance is really something absolutely special and therefore looks really good in any collection. I can only recommend this fragrance to everyone...

The Dates Delight has for me a touch of winter and Christmas market.
