I don't get the name

This should be named Mini Patchuli and not Mini Vanille.

I ordered this fragrance from Amazon since it was heavily discounted, even though it's only 25ml.
In the drying it has something that does not quite convince me and I would say that it is the strong smell of patchouli. I update info according to Ulric de Varens website:

Olfactory family: Woody Vanilla
Top note: apricot leaves, fresh mango, tangerine
Heart note: vanilla orchid, yellow freesia, white peony
Base note: patchouli, bourbon vanilla, tonka bean

If you are looking for a versatile vanilla aroma, this is not it, it smells more like patchouli, even reminding me of the Patchouli perfume from Reminiscence, which is a bomb. This is small but not harmless, it is another bomb but in a mini size.

At the moment it is a love hate relationship.

Minimal vanilla

Sometimes it is also quite funny to look at which fragrances are quite badly rated. Since you know what you should avoid and smiles about the creative comparisons and descriptions. But I'm glad that I have made around Mini Vanilla no bow due to the evaluation.

The comparison to chocolate sounded fine. Orange softcakes are my cup of tea too and 'way too sweet' is often spot on for me. He was also just sold off, so I would have been in the worst case merely poorer by 3€. So when I sprayed it on it was a bit like opening Pandora's box. What would I get? Chocolate? Burnt plastic? Garbage?

Patchouli...At first, I perceived so much of it that it could almost have been a mono scent. Then sweet notes joined in. No vanilla, but rather orange jelly and some dark chocolate. So mini vanilla remained then also relatively long - he held in any case better than other fragrances of the series.

So the association to orange softcakes is definitely there, only these are served with plenty of patchouli. Synthetic it smells already. However, I find that not too bad, after all, mini vanilla is also not expensive.

Nevertheless, I can quite understand why this fragrance is relatively poorly rated-Man thinks of a slightly sweet, fruity vanilla fragrance and gets the patchouli chocolate club around the ears. In addition, the whole series has a rather young target audience and when I think of how badly I reacted to Angel as a teenager, I can already imagine what makes the here with sensitive noses.

So who is hoping for a subtle vanilla scent, should perhaps rather leave the fingers of mini vanilla. Since there are even in the price range better.
But for those who are looking for an affordable, rather unusual chocolate fragrance, it is certainly worth considering!
