the classically elegant
Of course I immediately think of Audrey Hepburn with this name, too; there's no other way.
Whether slightly overexcited as Holly Golithly in "Breakfast at Tiffany's" or always somewhat overtaxed as Regina "Reggy" Lampert in "Charade", whose biggest challenge is the constantly changing Cary Grant: this woman had class and style.

The amazing class of the fragrance "Audrey" reveals itself to me immediately: a deep dark amber note hovers around me. It is reminiscent of a very dark brown gemstone, through whose cleverly cut facets the sparkling lights of the golden heart flash.
This fragrance is smoky and spicy, very warm and distinctly feminine.
Only after this first sensual pleasure does the osmanthus blossom, which experiences only one night, appear, always a little dull, but nevertheless very interesting in its fragrance. It harmonizes perfectly with the amber darkness.
The fine, delicate, heart-warming aroma of orange blossom is also wonderfully present here.
This fragility of the fragrance is not subject to dark power, but nestles to it complementarily.
Tuberose and vanilla add a warm, sensual note to the scent magic that has opened up to me so far; here, too, they are not loud, but warming and in a certain way embracing.
Also dark, ripe wood sets a final climax, which is underlined by a really tamed musk.
In the course of time a calm and wonderfully fragrant river develops, which offers a new fragrance variant with each of its soft loops - each based on the dark amber beauty.
Thus "Audrey" is a classic and timeless fragrance, which in its elegance and fine sense of style is wearable and suitable throughout the day.
The after-spraying becomes a joy here; not because "Audrey" flies away so quickly, but because of the new fragrant discoveries that develop in the process.

It's a pity, though understandable, that "Audrey" is no longer produced.
This is not a fragrance that writes great fragrance history or follows the mainstream.
"Audrey" embodies a sense of style that unfortunately has survived a bit.
But it still (or even therefore) feels dreamlike to live with it.
For this reason "Audrey" and I leave the "first row" to the other "style icons" and enjoy each other. At least for as long as this velvet-footed companion's around
