Massive Attack!
This is quite potent stuff! The first few minutes were a pure wave of spicy Mexican hot chocolate and clove oil with a powdery musk undertone. Very quickly morphing into an overwhelming gardenia explosion that just won't quit! This is quite impressive as it is very economical but provides a big bang for the buck. It has monster sillage and a big voluptuous feeling. A gourmand floral with excellent lasting power that will definitely turn heads. It was a little bit overboard for my personal taste, but if you love gardenia and are looking for something edible, rich powdery and extremely gardenia that melt into the skin and leaves a warm clean musk eventually (I have been wearing this for 8 hours now- including hot tubing and a hot shower and I can still smell it quite distinctly. This has budding diva potential for sure. The dry down is quite beautiful and I might actually spray this in a large bath tub full of hot water to get the right amount of this fragrance for my tastes. I am typically not a big gardenia gal, so I don't really have a reference gardenia to do a compare to but this is unabashedly and undeniably the flower in full bloom!
