In the water everything is shaking!
Hello and welcome to my latest comment. Um... yeah yeah, I know, my title sounds like you've got some heavy, dirty fantasies, doesn't it? At least the name "Wackelwasser" makes you think of bikini ladies jumping around in the water, where everything is,... well, shaking! Before you ladies in particular want to hit me with a furious foam at the mouth, I have to say that I am not the only one who would fantasize or think about such things. Did you know, for example, that with Dead or Alive Xtreme there is even a video game series where the female characters of a famous fighting game series are gathered in a beach game and where they have to play various mini-games (such as volleyball, tug of war on air mattresses, high-speed water slide or... uh he he he... Butt battle)? And where the developers have even programmed their own chest wobble physics for the wobble insoles?
How do I know all this? I just know! I'm a gamer, but I've never played the Dead or Alive Xtreme series, I really haven't, but don't believe me as usual... pah!
Let's get back to the jelly water... I mean, back to the scent. I see the manufacturer's name is Nipple Water... hey hey, all right. Anyway, there are two fragrances by this manufacturer, one is called Dark and one is called Light Edition. Since I don't have a sample of the Light Edition, I can't compare the two fragrances, so I'll describe the Nodding Water Dark here first.
By the way, the nodding water scents are by Christian Plesch, whose first fragrance series are the nose-gold scents, which probably should be a bit more well-known.
Apart from that there is a nice sweetness of jasmine, which is also a bit like flower water, that is, the water in the flower pots of florists, where the flowers are inside and where the water takes on a slightly floral-sweet smell from the flowers inside.
A little later, the scent is still loose and fresh, even if one should not be able to smell the lemons so exactly then, but the scent still comes across as fruity, even if one cannot determine the fruits exactly anymore. I would say that the fruity smells like a mix of lemons, oranges and maybe berries.
Towards the end, it actually smells as described, as the fragrance changes almost nothing except that the woody notes become a little stronger and then you can tell that the woods are cedar.
Cedar wood is also the fragrance that lingers until the end, while in the base all other fragrances gradually fade away.
The bottle! The bottle is rectangular and has a black label printed on the front, with the letters omitted, allowing you to see inside the bottle through the fragrance name. It's all very simple and rather functional, like many niche fragrance bottles.
I really have to mention it here several times because nobody believes me. Seriously, these are games, mostly at full price for a real game (i.e. between 50-70 Euros), but where only a few of the above mentioned mini-games are included and where most of the games are probably only playing because of the bikini shows, since every character in the game can put on a whole bunch of different bikinis and then move and loll around flexibly. But I have to admit that the graphics look pretty awesome :D At least from some of the few YouTube videos I have seen (out of curiosity!) like this (only a few!! :D).
Anyway, let's get back to the conclusion of this fragrance:
Yes, Nodding Water Dark is nothing unusual at first, especially for those who have already tried many fragrances. Nevertheless, it is a quite nice scent, which can score with its freshness and its pleasant "good mood" scent, especially in summer, where you could simply smell good with the fragrance, even if the aura should be weaker. The only real point of criticism would perhaps be the 100 euros that this fragrance costs, but as already written, these types of fragrances are often weak and do not cost less with other manufacturers, especially in the niche fragrance sector.
It's worth trying, because I find the mix of light citric notes, the small but nice sweetness and the fruity part quite nice. It reminds me at first sight (as far as I can remember) of scents like Jo Malone's Blackberry & Bay, only this one is much less durable.
Well, that's it, then. I wish you all a nice evening and see you next time :)

The smell:
The fragrance begins with lemons and great ginger. I'm never so sure about cardamom, because there is a cardamom note, which smells disgusting, and apparently there is also a fragrance that is not bad, like here, in case I already notice cardamom. Apart from that there is a nice sweetness of jasmine, which is also a bit like flower water, that is, the water in the flower pots of florists, where the flowers are inside and where the water takes on a slightly floral-sweet smell from the flowers inside.

The Sillage and the durability:
The radiance is medium to weak, as are many fragrances that go in a fresh direction. So you have to be around more to be able to smell the scent at one or the other. Also the durability is mediocre to rather low, but due to the cedar wood it lasts a bit longer than purely citric scents. But nevertheless I would state the durability with only about five hours. The bottle! The bottle is rectangular and has a black label printed on the front, with the letters omitted, allowing you to see inside the bottle through the fragrance name. It's all very simple and rather functional, like many niche fragrance bottles.
Conclusion:
... no guys, once again: I really don't know the Dead or Alive Xtreme games, how many times? DI really have to mention it here several times because nobody believes me.
