Wackelwasser - what a name

A designer outlet, Bonn, city center.
Wackelwasser, what a name! ? Never heard of it, but funny.

The bottle?
Not to see in the package. Quickly times pulled out the phone and looked: Not even a lid they have missed him. Speaks to me yes times so not at all, if he was at least pink or purple...

But the scents say yeast. Yeast and baking is my thing...
Nah, it's really not pretty, you don't need it. Or do you? Come on, for the price, take it.

Arrived home, unpacked from the really pretty package (rather a valuable box) sprayed and found that is really tasty. Loose, flaky, light he comes along, slightly sweet alcohol note, a bit like a Cremant. I the totally on sweet stands, am really positively surprised, how beautiful and round a fragrance can be, which is just not sugary sweet.
I like, even if I can not explicitly smell the yeast out, but scent notes recognize is also not my core competence. ?

Waggle water

I discovered the shaky waters in a perfumery - and automatically looked out for nosegold (with the best grapefruit scent ever for me: G.). But there were only the two - and they were hidden high up on a cupboard that the saleswoman could only get to the two treasures with the help of a little ladder. Most of the time it makes me uncomfortable to ask, because during my lunch breaks I often only get a taste of fish, but rarely carry prey home. Yesterday, however, the curiosity won, 27 degrees, summer day, fits exactly! For my absurd sense of humour, the name alone is reason enough for testing - just as I originally only tried nose gold because I liked this cheeky, self-confident and ironic name-playing.
But of course, you are absolutely right: Not titles or looks count, but of course only the inner values!
Little time and quick decision: Proper serving of Light on the left arm and Dark on the right and back out of perfumery and back to work.
The first sniffer of Jell-O light, I'm thinking: Champagne! It doesn't smell like Fanta or Bluna or something similar to me at all, but clearly like champagne. Not Little Red Riding Hood, or Metternich or something (apologies to all fans...), but finer, vintage champagne with a characteristic yeast aroma. I have drunk something so noble once or twice in my life - and in fact it is a smell and taste that I have stored. You never know, maybe I'll win the lottery once and believe me, but then I'm so prepared!
The second thing shot through my head, uh, through my nose is G! The best grapefruit scent ever! Of nosegold! Well, you shaky water, are you a secret little brother? Quasi a waggon water with a small g. - in contrast to the big G.? Probably the lively top note of pepper and ginger immediately reminded me of one of my favourite summer scents. But a family resemblance cannot be denied in the further course. G. retains the wonderful tart grapefruit note, which is completely lacking in shaky water, right down to the base. But jasmine, orange, rose, a beautiful bouquet of flowers, which the two share. Wobbling water creates something astonishing for me: It lives up to its name: It could also be called bubbling water, because it remains a discontinuous scent, just as if you sip on a champagne glass and let the carbonic acid pearls pop the scent of the wine back into your nose when bursting in unexpected places. In the case of shaky water, it makes plop---Jasmin-----plop ploopp pepper---plop orange--- plopp-plop-plop-plop ginger. Everything sparkling bright and completely uncomplicated. Wackelwasser light is a great summer scent for me - which gains something distinctive and independent through this alcohol and yeast component. And no, to all, who are now suspicious: it does NOT smell as if someone has poured his beer over your head!
The second part of the name also carries the shaky water very rightly: Light in every respect: Bright, sparkling, but fortunately not beaten neither with room-filling silage nor with exuberant durability. That would strike me as really inappropriate with such a bubbly, unstable fellow. By the way, re-spraying works perfectly - it's like pressing the reset button - or topping up with fresh champagne! So then: Cheers!

PS. By the way, when shaking the sample no carbonic acid beads come off..... i tried it and you can do without this test...

Modern summery fruit cocktail

Some time ago I ordered a bottling of this fragrance with the great name Wackelwasser. While the dark version of Pyramid and Concept doesn't appeal to me at all, I found it quite interesting. Especially this extremely fruity top note I found very interesting and I still find it very successful after the test. First of all I can say: Fans of fruity fragrances get their money's worth here.

The bottle is simple and the name is funny. It is doubtful whether that mark is planning any more releases. Seems to be a sub-label of Mark Plesch's Nasengold. Definitely a modern style from a good perfumer. What else do you have to say? With 100 Euro a 50ml it is anything but cheap. Possibly a bit overpriced for this fragrance concept.
Light is suitably chosen for this fragrance. The Sillage is not bad, but these fruity and fresh notes are simply very likeable and just right for warm days. This fragrance is especially reminiscent of tangy lemonade. This is due to the fruity top note, which lasts a long time. Orange Fizz, a cocktail with lots of orange and other fruits is present here. And tangerine, which you can smell very clearly. Light citric notes can also be perceived especially at the beginning. All in all, fans of fruity fragrances will get their money's worth especially for the first two hours. Also a light flowery freshness appears here, which is however never too heavy and is rather in the background. Towards the end it usually finishes pleasantly with wood, musk and amber. The concept as a whole is very modern and fresh over the whole course, suitable for a 2017 release. I like it very much, because this Light is never too demanding.
Performance is decent, but not outstanding either. Suitable for a fresh fragrance, it lasts between 5-6 hours where the Sillage is quite good.
Suitable especially in the summer everyday life/leisure time, whereby this could fit also in the evening well, if one prefers fruity smells. Although there are many better alternatives in terms of price, there is still a high-quality fruity fragrance that is absolutely unisex. For the slightly larger purse definitely worth a test.
